Shipping & Delivery

All Recorded Delivery are signed for. Recorded Delivery cannot be sent to a PO Box.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of YamaBits, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Delivery Methods: 

- UK delivery by Royal Mail  or  UK delivery by Parcelforce (2-5 days).

- International delivery by Royal Mail International  or  International delivery by Parcelforce Worldwide Standard (ie fast) (7-15 days).

Delivery Times: 

We select delivery carriers based upon weight & destination. We always use the fastest service. We do not use Parcelforce Worldwide Economy.

UK items under 2 kilos do not provide interim tracking, just proof of delivery.

International Recorded items under 2 kilos do provide some interim tracking; tracking data (according to the countries) usually appears online after 48 hours.

UK & International Parcelforce items over 2 kilos do provide some interim tracking; tracking data usually appears online after 48 hours.

Returns & Replacement

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it and get a full refund.

We'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Any product you return must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

If an item is damaged, you need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item with pictures.

Should the product shipment be signed for and no notes are made indicating any possible or real damages, then the consumer of the product(s) becomes the legal owner of the merchandise, the seller can no longer file a damage claim with the freight carrier and therefore any damage(s) would be yours to claim with the freight carrier.

Should product shipment damage(s) be noted on the freight bill, be certain the delivery driver signs the same receipt you do and you retain a copy of the signed documentation for your records.

We recommend the installation and service of the accessories is carried out by your local Yamaha dealer.

On occasions we receive possible fraud alerts regarding payments that are processing on the site. This can be quite normal and is often down to a mis-typed postcode or an address related to the card. All orders that are placed with YamaBits will be followed by an order confirmation message. This is NOT a confirmation that the order has been processed, but an acknowledgement of the order. After the goods are packed and sent, a dispatch confirmation message will be sent.

Our Payment Service Provider (PSP) is Sage Pay – the largest independent PSP in the UK and Ireland. All prices and charges on YamaBits are shown in UK Pounds Sterling, but exclude delivery charges (for delivery charges see Delivery Charges above).

A total cost of your order will be displayed in the checkout, and includes the item price, plus the applicable postage charge to your location.

We cannot be held responsible for Tax charges outside of the UK in European countries or any other location around the world. We advise you to check with your local Customs Office for further information on Tax & Customs charges before placing your order.
